    THINGS TO DO

    -stop thinking that I can’t do things
    -love myself
    -stick to my study plan
    -stick to my fitness plan
    -stick to my eating plan i.e. no starving, no binging and even if I do, no guilt
    -get an ATAR of 95 (but if I don’t that is ok)
    -be more mindful of everything I do. Be aware of how my body is feeling, my feelings, what my food tastes like, what instruments I can hear in a song
    -eat more slowly
    -stop picking at my skin
    -be more honest with people
    -STOP TEXTING WHEN DRIVING
    -stop speeding
    -stop simultaneous texting and speeding

    Ummmm that is all!!!!!
